FR owners. Am I missing a piece of trim?

Recently bought this FR, and giving it a wash today noticed a hole under the rear bumper in the black plastic 'defuser' area which looks like it ought to have a panel in it.

I would be grateful if someone could have a quick look at theirs and let me know if my suspicions are correct, thanks.

Mine from new was like that. Im thinking its there incase you want a detachable towbar. Thats all i can think of

MrsMaypack has a 3 week old FR Black 1.5 TSI EVO 150 and it is exactly the same as you have shown.
