Front bumper moulding removal

Hi All,

I am going to take my front bumper off this evening but I need to get the black moulding off to get at the bolts behind it.

I was just wondering what is the easiest way to get it off.

there's a guide on here somewhere.

but basically just start at the ends with a flat head screwdriver covered with a bit of cloth and ply it off carefully.
