Front Bumper Removal - Having problems!

I am trying to take the front bumper off and have followed the Forge guide.
I have removed the torx screws from on top of the bumper in the engine bay, the ones inside both arches and the ones from under the bumper.
But it just wont budge! It seems to be stuck below the head light area.
Does it just need a good pull or have I missed anything?

not sure on ibiza, but on the leon you need to pull each side out at 90degrees to the car before the bumper will come off forwards..

you forgot about the ones near the fog lights one each side.

How many screws did you remove from the arches (each)?
There is one screw pointing directly upwards, which is very easy to miss.
