How is the front Cupra badge attached to the grill???

its not attached you have to gently lever it out but be careful not to snap the prongs off

Okay.

It's just that the 'U' has fallen out, so will need to replace the badge l suppose.
Would SEAT stock a replacable badge?

Or would one of eBay do the job?

I took mine off anyway cos i thought it looked crap

leave it in there and get a black touch up paint to put the u back, i took mine off for a while but decided i preferred it on

Looks better on IMO, like NoGuts said get somthing black to touch it up with. I just masked the badge and done it with a matt black touch up pen. You`ll never notice unless your about a inch from the badge.

just tried taking mine off... sapped the prong things like u said above! haha!

they werent metal tho... they were plastic, and it looks as tho it was part or the grill?!?! the holes in the honey combe grill where the prongs went into are blanked off (no hole all the way through like the others), and it looks as though the prongs were attatched to there?!?

saying that it was quite dark!

I was told it's part of the grille... you have to buy the whole grille from the dealers... maybe I was being told fibs tho.

Luckily mine's is in good nick!!

Nah i ordered one from the dealers, you can buy them seperately, although i found one secondhand and cancelled the order.
I was really careful taking mine out and then dropped it and stood on it
definately plastic not metal!
