Hi,
I'm wondering if anybody has a 2003 Leon Cupra R bonnet and front bumper with the grilles lying about and willing to sell prefferably in black ?

I usually use my works van but I left it at work for the weekend, so on Monday morning I asked my girlfriend to run me to work in her car. She went outside to start hers and it was dead as a door nail, so I told her to use my beloved Cuprar and I would sort hers out when i got home from work as I am a mechanic.
Well about an hour later I got the dreaded phone call.....she had ran into the side of another car  Luckily she was only doing about 5 miles an hour and she's ok but it has dented and kinked the bonnet and pushed the front bumper in and smashed the grilles including the spot light covers.
The thing is, she was only covered Third Party on my car so I have to pay for the damage on my car, so if anybody has the parts then I would really appreciate it if they could sell them for as cheap as possible ;)

I live in Burnley, Lancashire

Thanks Guys :D

eBay is a good place to start....

PS - Don't do it again!

I've been searching eBay for nearly a week now and no joy, I've e-mailed loads of breakers on eBay and none of them have replied. All the rest of them with spares parts have sold the bonnets and bumpers already

She will never drive the Cuprar AGAIN !!!!!!

Fitzy, What are you planning to do with your bumper? if its not as bad as the one on ebay you thinking of selling it?

:ban: write to the police to say she was doing 130mph, get her banned to make sure she'll never drive it again! :ban:

 She already thought she would lose her license because she had heard that if new drivers have an accident within the first 12 months of driving, then they lose their license and have to take a retest. Then she asked her uncle ( driving instructor ) in Northern Ireland and he said thats rubbish.

well she only needs 6 points in the first 2 years to need a re-test then lol ;) theres hope for you yet :)

ah well, learnt your lesson, my gf has only driven mine once, and i was way to wasted to argue LOL

Yeah I would probably sell it, but tbh it's slightly pushed in the middle and I dont know if any of the clips are broken. It actually doesn't look that bad, but I'm a pefectionist when it comes to my car [B)]

Well my car is LC PRE facelift so i would be prepared to do a bit of repair work.. By the way sorry to hear about the damage! Keep me in mind if you want to sell please, you can PM me ;)

or repair it yourself buy a new crash bar for the bumper and fill in the dent??

Hmmmm good idea MoffMeister  I have seen crash bars advertised on eBay and tbh it doesn't have a dent, it's just bent slightly. Would the crash bar straighten the bumper back out ?

Does anybody know where i get the grilles from including the fog light covers ? I definately do need a bonnet though :(
