front subframe bushes

can someone tell me how to remove these to get it powdercoated? theres one above and one below with a steel insert through.and a washer top and bottom. tried tapping the washer off without any success. has anyone done this?

so they will tap out with some "effort"?

if its the ones in the frame that holds the front engine mount then they come out the bottom

if its the ones in the susp arms themselves you'll need a hydraulic press or alternative

dont forget to hold ya engine up

what engine? its the ones in the two dogbone shaped things, so the washers just press onto them then?

Burn them out
