does any one know if the front left wheel should stick out more than the driver side. just ever time i go over a bump my wheel hit the outer arch only on the left.

Are you sure its hitting the arch and not a lump in the plastic arch liner?

But to answer your question, no, both side should be identical.

its the outer arch as it keeps bending it only about an inch sort of 11 o'clock position. but in the car it sound like its sawing the tyre off
