Has anyone had a problem with fuel dilution?
I don’t normally drive the car in any other mode than electric (which looks to be the problem) but went on a longer trip than normal the other day emptying the battery charge and having the engine kicking in, the ‘oil level too high’ warning came on couple miles later. Got the car home and checked the dipstick to find it covered in petrol.
From what I searched online it seems to be a thing that can happen but wanted to see if anyone has had the same experience

On a slightly different, but related, note - did you know that petrol has a 'shelf life'? You're supposed to use it within 6 months. My Renault PHEV used to pop up with a warning 'old fuel' message, if you hadn't filled up for about 5 months.
For that reason I used to put a relatively small amount of fuel in at every visit to the petrol station.
