Can anyone help me to confirm that I can update my system?

I have checked in the public software collection ( mega.co.nz link above in my posts). It looka like 363 is the latest for the 3xx series.

For the 5xx branch, you have two updates (514 and 515) in the linked mega repository.
The latest available is "515": https://mega.nz/folder/b4VkmDJJ#PE2C7Te_Yl0pw1TydB--Bg/file/XltwCQja

I think that it does not. The firmware is called "MST2_EU_..." where EU is the region. But since I did not see any other region variants, I presume that its universal.

For some units / countries there are special variants. In the link they list:
"EU = Europe Variant (US = USA / CN = China)"

It looks like your SD card was not recognized / prepared properly? Maybe wrong file system format?

Yes i dowoaded the file and extracted the zip file in the sd card and plugged it into the car

i changed sd cards still the same

Don't extract to the card, extract to a folder, enter the folder, enter on the folder that was created while extracting and copy paste all files into the root of the card.
You cannot have everything inside a folder otherwise the car won't recognize the files.
See screenshot attached how your SD card should look like

Haha i have about 400gb for mib solution... the fact is why use older version if 0368 is latest? When its patched, and its updated, patch is gone. You should know.

Can someone tell me if there is an update for my unit.

Also how do you update the maps? In the UK do you have to go to a dealer?
