4 wheel laser alignment @ west tuning to come when i have spare cash.

On the hunt for some Cupra R brembo's

what alloys are those? look like fox 5 alloys, but much much better quality

We cut the pipe first the pipes from the pump to the engine then set to work on the bracket that holds the pump in there is three nuts to undo bit of a piant to get to. 7mm allon key. First we done the bolt near the dipstick.
CIMG0783.jpg

Then do the 2 above the pump
CIMG0784.jpg

CIMG0786-1.jpg

Then move to the block
CIMG0781.jpg

What we done to get the part off the block is undo all the allon key bits but one won't come out unless u take the water pipe off so we just cut it.
CIMG0785.jpg

Put the plate on
CIMG0787-1.jpg

Hear are the ressisor in place on rocker cover just to check its ok the no problems

I'll clean the bay and get a fully finnished pic up next

Update!!!!!! Bought the cupra back!!!!!!! Its in a poor state now In need of some body work, well dents removed and respray!!! Had to get the cracked Manifold Replaced with a JBS cast one and cooked the breaks with in a half hour cane so Got a set of highspec 4pot 325 x 30mm disks off ed38 now it stops but makes the rears look so tiny. The delightful red seats needed a clean but when dont they!!

Have had problems with boost as the actuator was moved when the mani was put on so was only making 21 psi peak! Wound it back to hit 24psi now. Although i'd say the Atp Mani lets it spool up quicker but the Jbs has more of a thoaty sound to it.
