We can into run N rated tyres at work so we have to get Pirelli.

Guessing you deal with Porsches? I'm in a similar boat and only fit MO tyres on Mercs.

Ive currently got Goodyear Assymetric 2s (225/45/17) on my LC. They're OK, but I preferred the Toyo T1-Rs on my Toledo 1.8VT (16" admittedly), seemed to tramline less. I couldn't find them at the time i replaced all 4 on my car otherwise I would have gone for them. I have heard the Uniroyal Rainsport 2 are decent.
