Just to let everyone know. Been reading on the web and H&R Cup kit uses:

Fixed rate, shortened, uprated Bilstein dampers
H&R Springs

so for petrol i need to "up to" 980kg kit

anyone got this kit fitted yet , i am thinking of getting this kit for my lcr , it will be going with a set of 18" bbs lm's , i had this kit on my golf anniversary , and to be honest it didnt even lower the car , and it was meant to be 55 40 drop
