Haldex service kit

Hi
Can somebody advise the correct kit to service the haldex pump, also is the service on both axles or just the rear?

I am at 20K miles now so will be looking to carry this work out soon.

I have a 2024 Cupra Ateca.

The Correct parts to carry out an oil change service on that Haldex unit will be:

-The correct Haldex oil from the dealer/TPS
-Drain plug with washer
-Fill plug with washer
-Two o-rings for the pump
-Two bolts for the pump

Personally, I'd always over service the Haldex unit regarding the time/mileage schedule, also always remove the pump and clean out the filter gauze.

The front and rear differential assembly don't have any service schedules, but there's nothing stopping you from buying a gallon of 75w90s (which was the correct grade in my AWD Leon) and changing the oils in them. I think the only hold about 1.5-2.0 litres each.

I am more than happy to do this myself as I have access to a ramp, just want to make sure the correct parts are ordered.

There is a single Haldex Pump on your Cupra Ateca, located at the front of the car up by the gearbox. rear of the car as part of the rear diffential.

Looks like Haldexrepairs.co.uk offer a comprehensive kit, although query the Fill & Drain bolts for the Cupra Ateca.

When I enquired with my Main Dealer last year, I was advised the Service Interval on the Haldex Pump is every three years (30K miles?). Cost £149.

There is no complete kit available from the dealer/TPS but there might be an OEM kit that's been put together by a third party.

The kit on Haldex repairs looks spot on and includes the right fill/drain plugs that will fit your car. They haven't changed design of them for years. It doesn't include the pump bolts but that's not the end of the world.

On any vehicle with a Haldex AWD system - the haldex pump is located on the rear differential, it's part of the Haldex coupling.

The pumps up near the gearbox are the support pump (only on the likes of the DQ381) and the VAQ pump (front wheel drive, active differential).

I will order the kit, can you advise the part number for the pump bolts as these are not included please?

I understand they have to be replaced on each removal.

I contacted Haldex repairs and the kit does include the bolts, the have not included them in the photograph for some reason.
