im sorry mate, i couldn't help myself! as an alternative have you considered a set of golf chairs? send a PM to unclefester as he has just fitted some to his leon. they look fantastic!
I sort of, although i did have the standard R seating.
I swapped my standard R seating for the recaro versions and paid £450.
A guy on here was selling his LCR and the garage offered him no more for the recaros so he sold them to me and we swapped seats.
£450 well spent i thought and that was just for a swap from the normal to recaro, so i would expect to pay well over £500 just for the standard seats front and back
I saw a set on ebay a few months back, had done delivery miles (swapped for leather recaros) and didn go for the buy it now of £250, they were on there three times!
I bought front and rear Recaro's from a 210 LCR for £500 early last year. Had them in my FR for about 3 months, then bought an LCR. I then fitted them in the LCR the day I took delivery & I sold my standard LCR seats for £300 - they were only in the car a day!
I've not seen the full set of Recaro's on ebay since I bought mine, plenty of Mk4 Golf Recaro's though.
£200 - £300 seems to be the kinda price standard LCR seats go for... seems a lot considering the only difference between them & Cupra / FR seats is the trim and a little R badge...
Normal cupra interiors seem to make good money, i think my plan will have to be to temp someone selling there R with recaro's to sell there seats for cash and these before they sell it. I do have full leather to sell that is mint so gives me some cash to play with as that has to me worth a bit.
Golf Mk4 recaros are a straight swap and very very comfortable yet remain very supportive. Ten a penny in the yards and on ebay compared to LCR Recaro stuff.
