Headlight Multi-Plug

Hey Guys!

I'm a Newbie on here, just a quick question, does any one know if I can get the wiring loom out of the headlight unit without removing the whole thing?

My wire for the sidelight snapped when i was trying to remove the sidelight bulb.
I was just trying to avoid removing the unit itself as this means taking off the bumper, it's just too cold for that just now!

I have an '05, 1.2sx.

Yes you can unplug the headlight multi socket while in place... you have to push in the top middle tag quite hard.. I ended up using a screwdriver and it snaps when it unlocks.. but it is easy to break them if you use tools.

Cool, I'll give that a go later on at lunchtime and let you know how i get on.
I would take pictures but i only have my phone which doesn't have a flash so i don't know how they will turn out.

Managed to get it all sorted, ended up using a multi block to fix the problem as i could get exact access to what i needed to at the time.

Thankfully it has all tucked away nicely and so it will never be noticed.
