I've done something very simliar with my big fat man hands.
The stealers want to rob me of £130.00 for an 06 twin light for my FR, but after a few weekends searching i found one in the local salvage yard for £35.00 and it was like new. But i must stress it took me ages to find one though, as all the ibiza i found all had front end damage (now thinking about a brake upgrade!!).
Oh and the other thing, the local VW garage quoted £81.38 exc vat for the light how can SEAT charge £50 quid more!!
And you'll have to have the bumper off to get the light out!

Remove the bumper. (Search the forums)
Disconnect wiring loom from lens.
Two bolts at the top of the lens, two bolts underneath.
