You don't need it, im not sure about MOT, might be just an advisory.

I am thinking about taking mine off as it rattles lol

mine makes the noise at 3000 rpm lol on key in everygear haha i recon it a frequency of my exaust haha

i got p*ssed off with it and took it off, when i went down for the mot, nothing was said about it whatsoever

Thanx for the info, yer mine started to rattle about a week ago got on my nerves, so I ripped it off this morning lol yer it use to rattle when I started an at around 3000rpm in every gear

yes that sounds like my problem ill either get it taken off b4 mot or after when fitting decat lol

lol i want to find someone with the same alloys lol but also the heat shield just stops it coming into the car am i correct could i not just wrap it all in heat tape haha no rattles and no escape of hear haha
