Reviving an old thread again, this has happened to me now - brilliant! :(

I should put some screenwash in though - I've just got water in it ... I guess that won't help?

Just had the same problem with mine, washer pipe hadnt completely popped off so was still spraying... only found out when i discovered a flourescent yellow lake in the spare wheel well :headhurt:... Just had the boot trim off (only broke one clip) n wrapped a s:censored:t load of insulation tape round the connector... Think the best thing to do is just to try not to use it... dont reckon my boot trim will handle another round...

if i was you i'd put your hands wide apart on the top of the panel (at the glass), and start pulling there - i pulled from the side/bottom when i had this problem and the majority of the clips along the top just shattered

maybe it's worth getting one of those plastic ties around the washer plug? might hold it in a bit better

on this note....i did the same thing to stick some sound deadening inside there

is there some buried torx screw around the little handle hole, to the right of the centre as you look at the back of the car?

i managed to get all of them off with a LT of prising except the trim was still hanging on by this little handle.....really annoying

Yeah there is one in the handle. When you look into the handle its on the right hand side.

I use a small Torx kit (Like an allen key kit) and it was a tricky one to get to.

I just bought my Seat yesterday and driving on the motorway back it popped off, stupid me kept trying to use it wondering why it wasnt working.....

Got home, and found the whole of the windscreen wash was in my boot... Wasn't the nicest of surprises.

Managed to get it to clip back on, but i think i have a record amount of scratches / cuts on my hands now.

Conclusion - dont dilute your antifreeze windscreen wash : ) Much easier solution heh. Don't want to be trying to connect that again, especially not in the cold.
