HELP P1564 code not running

after fixing my car from the last electrical fault this hapened

17972/P1564/005476 ------Throttle Actuator (J338): Under-Voltage during Basic Setting
ANY ISSUE whit this , i gave the basic setting and turn off when i try to start again the code comes again.... i adapt the throttle again and again it comes with error and the car wont start...


im getting sick of this haha

it happend whenn trying to re-set the throttle body?
there is a loud ticking noise when the car is turned off and i press the throttle?

had that fault when my battery was weak and not holding charge, if battery certain voltage remaing, the TBA wont commence.
Charge battery or replace battery for it work.

i tried that mate, i also tried using the masive battery from my audi and that didnt make any difrance. it turns over fast and freeley but the TB is still bringing up this code and wont start

seems like a earthing issue, was it fine when battery was moved to the boot?
check on vag.com measuring block to see voltage showing on ecu.....
Tried temp bridging to front of the car, eg with jump leads see if voltage increases

yeah i thought it was an earth issue but it was running fine, i did weld 2 brackets on my crossmember to suport my intercooler and didnt disconect the battery do you think that wiould be it?

what block is it to measure the ecu voltage?

ill put extra earths on the engine and the one next to the ecu to see if that helps.

its the injectors that seem to be clicking rapidly when i push the throttle down when the ingnition is on.

what other things could i try on vagcom?

So the last time you ran it was just before when you welded intercooler bracket, it woudlnt start??

Can remmber the block on vag but i check on mine later (just waitin for the down pour stop )

i found the fault!

the hidden earth behind the ecu had came loose and was just lying on paint!
re connected and shes all good now
