I don't really blame them for my troubles as they only acted as middle men between their supplier and me

So when you goto mcdonalds & find a finger in the burger, do you blame the cow, or mcdonalds.

If the turbo is faulty, and you bought it as a working unit - you return to A&M, they in turn return it to their supplier

They didn't do it as a charitable favour, so in the business plan they will have accounted for this.

And it isn't a case of some cowboys fitted it and messed it up because a reputable firm who has a lot of experience fitted it , Westec.

You sure about that? After seeing the total mess guesstec made of my exhaust and downpipe I wouldnt be too sure.

debated warranty issues (or there lack of) in the thread about the AM04 turbo where i basically got my head bit off for suggesting that A&M Motorsport are a business and its not a hobby. my opinion changed of them instantly

Sales of goods effects anyone who sells you something so unless they gave it to you for free you have rights.

I will try and dig out the legal gumf too.

Ive also got Mikes mobile number, unless one of A&M decided to chirp up quickly then I'll PM you it.

Theres one thing I cant stand is someone tucking people up for stuff.

The A&M boys need to sort it out, either give the guy his goods or his money back.

I am amazed that Mike is posting in other threads (he was apparently on SCN last night at 23:00), but does not post in this thread

I can understand him not wanting to discuss the ins and outs of each of your grievances, but surely he would make sure that you had all be contacted via email or PM

Davidol: I ordered a exhaust Manifold (like the one Martyn has)and 4bar fpr.Becouse A&M motorsp. doesnt take VISA I had to transfere money from my bank as I live in Norway. I paid all the transfere charge from both banks wich was another £50 (£50+£330)
All this took place in August 06. The manifold was planned to go on with the ko3s convensione wich I also ordered from A&M. The ko3s came as promised.

Now ive waited for 3-4 months on the mani and to start my ko3s uppgrade. Im very dissepointed at this moment as Im so eager to do this ko3s convesione.

update

Right guys this is a complete mess and i agree that its a rediculous peroid of time to be waiting for a product! i've been waiting for a intake manifold from a supplier from the states now for a few months also so i no how it feels. Mike has been dealing with this from the start and had little luck with our shippment at all! I've became personnally invovled just over a week now and our suppliers have alot to answer for!!!
But of course your contract is with A&M and the shipment problem is there for ours and not yours. i've been fratically on the phone every day since my envolement and i have had endless conversation with poeple at the top and following a couple of fruitful conversation with there head guy and it seems im on to something. Next Tuesday/ Wednesday i'll be in a position to give shipping dates! All i can do is appoligise on behalf of A&M for the delays you guys have suffered! If you have any queries at all PM myself as im dealing with this now not mike.

Can you also pm all you delivery addresses (you've sent them prevoulsy i think but don't want any further delays.

PM ME WITH ANY QUERIES!

Updates

Following an insurance claim on our packages i can confirm they are now en-route to myself and as soon as they arrive at my front door i'll forward to the various addresses.

They were dispatched yesterday and should be with me by Monday then you guys should be receiving your shippments by the next friday 1st December. I'll get posting these as soon as they arrive. I'll be forwarding tracking number via your PM'S Wednesday 29th Novemeber.

Appoligies again for you bad experiences on this occasion. Im trying my very best and have been on the phone twice a day since my envolment. Please PM me with you concerns/problems/issues.
