help tuning my cupra r

can any one help???? lookin to get more bhp from my leon cupra r. thinkin about takin it to ricci concept. hve any of u been.
Am used to old mk1 golf engines so am not to clued up on the best way to tune one of these. any help would be greatful

wrong section mate, have a search theres loads and loads of threads on this, remap will take it to 270 ish.

cheers pal am tryin to find some but every tie i try do a search it just says there is none. ??? . Lookin for exhaust i was going to get full magnex as that what i had on my golfs but it seam s blue flame are more pop with these???
