Hole where smartnav button was...ideas?

OK guys, thought I would pose this one, to keep those Cupra cells active!

I had a smartnav installation thanks to the previous owner which I decided to remove. I now have a nice hole where the button was at the side of my steering wheel - dash (right side).

Wondered if there were any creative characters out there that could inspire me to fill that hole (keep it clean!!) Obviousley going to be a switch for something or other, not sure where to go with it...
