Hose from the actuator

Noticed a while ago that connected to the actuator is a black hose but mine is just hanging and has a screw/bolt in the end of it blocking it off

Can anyone tell me what the hose should/would have been connected to?

The N249, N112 and SAI have all been removed by previous owner is it something to do with any of that?

Just want to make sure everything is cool

Sounds fine, it gets blocked off when you remove the SAI
