How many cells does a standard lc cat have?

Reason I am asking is that im getting a new downpipe made up from stainless and will be reusing my new standard cat with the ends modded and opened to 2.5". Has anyone else gone down this road, I alread have a 2 1/4 cat back system and have stage 2 so this bit is really the end of the breathing mods until an atp eliminator finds its way to my lap some time in the future.

standard is 400 cells , sports cats are 200 , race cats are 100

what if a hammer and a piece of pipe slips and the cat matrix falls out , from underneath you will still appear to have a cat and you wont get a CEL because of stage 2 , worth a punt

I dont want it too noisey and id still like to have some sort of guarantee itll pass the mot and not require a new one while waiting on a retest. saying that the mot centres are some of our contracts
