hello all. i am about to sell my LCR . i havent had it long but just been offered a new car so times have changed. its a 2004 with 49k . Full service history, total minter. Had revo stage 1, dog bone mount, hids, pipercross panel filter, and a short shifter. what sort of price should i be looking for? thanks james

Check parkers, whatcar, pistonheads, autocar...

At a guess probably 6.5-8k depending on condition, mileage and how quick you need to sell it.

I bet the new car (company car?) isn't as good though!

well im not going to tell you what direction im going in. lol. any1 else care to comment on price? james

R32 very nice build and good looking. Bit heavy and slower than an LCR (especially when remapped). Brakes aren't as good, but traction from standstill and out of slow corners will be better.

I'm sure you know all the pros and cons though... and probably why you wanted to keep your new car a secret :)

picked up a 54 (38000) Plat Grey LCR for £7400 - its totally standard though.

well the exterior is really mint apart from the usual stop chips. the interior is perfect. the mods are all brand new basically. it is just a good car. really annoyed that i want the R32 so much. who ever buys it will get a good car. James

I think i was really lucky with mine. Bought a 2004, 59K on clock, full service history, 225bhp, platinum grey. Totally standard inside and out. Mint inside and since i bought it had a little paint on both bumpers, alloys refurbed and done the front discs and pads. I paid £5000 for the car and spent £350 on everything else. It's now mint and stands me at £5350. Very pleased!

I'm on the search for an LCR I think, but prices seem to vary from anything around £4900-10k for LCR's. My budget is towards the lower end of the scale, just not too sure what I can/should spend, especially in the current climate.
