when i did mine I warmed the engine a little bit to help get them out. pull of the cap and remove using the required socket. when you put the new ones in make sure the thread is lined up properly, you really dont want to strip the thread on the engine. really easy job just watch you dont burn your fingers

sounds stupid but were bouts are the glow plugs apprently i have to take the roker cover off etc ??

Put copper grease on the threads when refitting

not at all, below the rocker/cam cover you can see the fuel line and underneath there is the wiring harness for the glowplugs (its a long tube with with four horizontal tubes coming off it) pull this off and four glowplugs should be visible.

becasue ive serviced the rest of my car just got glow plugs left and its winter thats y i wnted to change

I would help out mate but the cars not with me right now and im off to scotland tomorrow for the rest of the week. I'll have a look and see what i can find on here.

i now know weer they r

so i remove them with a 10m ?

put the old ones out n new 1ns in

makin sure i hand thread them first then screw them ?? tight ???

10mm sounds about right was a while ago i did mine.

yeah hand tight then screw tight. just dont over tighten them or they may snap
