Fitting a front upper strut bar is not that hard and can be done easily at home. Steering feels more direct and there is a little less body roll.
I bought a red TA Technix front upper strut bar, which is quite cheap at around 50-60 euros. But unfortunately, it has a little fitment issue with one of the bolts. This can be resolved easily by spacing the bolt. Due to the very low price point and the small fitment issue, I can still recommend it.
Steps:
- Remove windshield wipers
- Remove foam padding on each side
- Remove scuttle panel
- Remove 3x bolts from the top of each strut tower
- Fit the strut bar
- Make adjustments
- Fit the scuttle panel
- Fit the foam padding on each side
- Fit windshield wipers
- Test windhield wipers

I love how stealthy it looks
