how to get into the lights on speedometer

How do you get into the Air bag, handbrake, engine management lights ? And is it bulbs or led?

I have a seat Ibiza 1.4 sport 2007

They should be led I think there is a guide around here somewhere where someone nodded the red lights out for bright white ones

Really easy, remove the cluster and start stripping it down, pretty self explanatory when you see it.
Once you get to the needles, just pull directly up, from there the printed film will come out easily enough. The LEDs should now be visible.
