How to remove rear bumper?

I'm going all out to ge the GTi show worthy for this year if i get the oppotunity to attend any. Does anyone know how to remove the rear bumper, i know the arch liners will need unscrewing but is there anything else?

3 bolts inside boot

I thought it was four bolts on the back panel? There is No need to remove wheel arches.

three or four (?) across the back panel just inside (covered by shut bootlid usually ) and a couple on the underside
