I need help in finding a remap for my 2008 ibiza

Hello. Im new on here and new to seat. i basically have just bought a new ibiza 5 door its a 16v 1.4 sport and im really eager on making it alot faster. and sportier looking. has anybody got any ideas that could help me please? thank you

remap on your engine is a waste of time.

Yeah, you'll not be able to notice much difference.

It's a 1.4 in quite a heavy car so adding an extra 7-8BHP wouldn't make enough difference I'm afraid.

Would it be a waste of time on the 1.6 sport too ? - i presume it would ??

well the old 110bhp 1.9tdi maps to about 130 if memory serves... but Diesels map better than petrols. I've no idea how the 1.6 would map Andy, but just cos the 1.4 is not great doesn't mean thhe 1.6 will be bad.. there might be more head room in the 1.6 so it should be easier to get more out of it.

I'm guessing that the 1.6 is NA as well so again the remap wouldn't be worth it. Remap companies will more than likely confirm this for you.
