Ibiza 1.2S Single Headlight->Double

Hi,

Just wondered if it is straight forward to change the single Headlight cluster in the basic Ibiza Mk4 models with the double headlight as in the pricier models?

Can you remember why it cannot be done?

I think it can, its just stupidly expensive and difficult
