Hi there
A little bit late, but i have some updates here.
I finish the rims, fully repaired by myself. Glad to say that there are not much weights on them for balancing. Pics later on i'm uploading a lot
I put ceramic coating on downpipe and turbine part, but damn i can't find that pics
Now i make a heat shield of alluminium which will mount between intake and turbo.
Here you can see some pics with custom bad look hood that i made:
I put an part of door cover from my old
ibiza 4dr, on the dash. I mount in there 2 52mm gauges -boost and oil temp.
Last decision about pipes is to be 57mm.
New intercooler and pipes...alll needed to have nice boost.
I get those to have hood nice finished:
After some paint job :
I throw a lot hand work till now and hood is looking very nice to me
Then got a stock bumper from one friend till i find or make something better:
After paint:
Well it is not a princess but before 3 years i made full rebuind of my old
ibiza (paint,interior,exterior.....) and in 1 month few haters scratch the car a lot, and make me regreat that i've made with the car. Here you can't keep nice car on the street. Must be in a museum or garrage all the time! Haters are everywhere. So now i'm not looking to make better exterior...
I put "Seat Club Bulgaria"
sticker and in one day "i" was missing from my window
Here are few moments of finishing exhaust pipes .....
Today i'm gonna fit those pretty things:
All pics are from friends around me, i don't have time to shoot everything. But later will have better pics from me
This month i must change clutch plate. We are making ceramic one. I have to change timing belt also and i think to get 250degrees camshaft. Stock one has less (smaller humps) so intake and axhaust valves are opened and closed quickly. With new camshaft i'll get more time for filling cylinder e.g., also 250degrees shaft has bigger lift (stock lift valves at 8.5mm , new one 9,5mm) which grands even more improvement! For less time you get more air in cylinder with same boost, which provide faster response throttle>engine -reduced lag.
There it is:
