After having full milltek and sachs clutch installed I decided to have a full custom map put on. The map is very impressive. I just had it rolling roaded and I am very pleased with the results. 200bhp and 450nm of torque. Here is the graph.
Well im happy with the results, the 2 runs are consistant to eachother and its as smooth as most out there.
The torque was given high at low rpm as requested for the initial power and get up and go, im sure i can give a little more if you wanted up in the rpm range to keep it on for a bit longer.
@4500rpm it has about 220ft/lb which is almost the same as the previous CC map it had on it.
Althow the bhp is only slightly more than CC the torque it now has compared is a lot more.
Also to be taken into consideration is the TEMP on the day of the runs made, 19.4c
here is a pic i made of the both maps this car had had on it just fo intrest, not the torque scales on both graphs are different .
TBH I thought the opposite - it maintains it fairly well - apart from a slight hump, the torque curve drops from it's peak in a reasonably straight line.
A lot of TDIs - standard and remapped - start to drop off quite severely after 4k rpm, whereas this one maintains a steady drop, which means the power is maintained quite nicely. Still pushing 190bhp at 4500rpm
