I,ve not been given a date yet.
I ordered it last Friday and was told It would be about 2 or 3 weeks.
I'm going to phone the dealer today to ask.

I ordered mine on Friday as well and was old 10 days, but phoned them again yesterday and was told it would be mid feb!!!!!

the honeycomb grills are the ones next to the radiator grill with the "S" badge. the reason the cars are taking so long is the cars arrive in the uk as standard sports and they have all the axtras fitted at port but a lot have arrived without steering wheel controls so they are causing a backlog.

so are they changing the engine at port?

Do they know where you car is? In the factory, on the ship? in the UK port?

Mine is built and currently on the boat from Spain which takes 8 days. Then it has to get the radio fitted etc there and then sent up to Bickets.

My guy says will have it by the end of the month, cause he needs his figures for the end of the month, so hopefully he will do plenty of pushing!!!

unfortunately no amount of pushing will get it any quicker if the car is still on a boat you may not get it till early feb believe it or not it can take up to a week to clear port

Have managed to get a DAB brochure from Seat at last.

Strange it says that it only has 4 speakers!! and it doesnt show the interior

I told the dealer I was in no rush and If It Is Into Feb I might as well wait until the first of March to register It to get the new plate.

I was thinking the same thing myself. Otherwise it'll be 6 months old after a couple of weeks... if you know what I mean.

My girlfriend got a call from the dealer today with details of the registration number but they still couldn't give her a delivery date.

I'll keep you informed.
