Now I've driven a Cayenne S, I can understand why....awesome bits of engineering.
thats the germans for ya.

so no ones ever looked back after having revo installed? 156bhp to 200bhp thats very generous and revo claim that it can also improve your mpg....
anyone got 1st hand experience of this?

The reason it can improve your fuel economy is that you don't need as wide throttle openings to get the same speed out of the car and hence you're throwing less fuel into the engine. Well that's the theory anyway, whether you have the self restraint to stop yourself just mashing the throttle each time is another question altogether. ;)

you just hit the nail on the head mate! who has revo installed then drives around really gently?! i know i wouldnt, the throttle would be like a switch - on or off

Good way to kill your clutch, on any car, that. A throttle is not a binary tool...

yeah it can be a little better but as said hard not to drive fast,

bascailly putting your foot half way or 3/4 the way down remapped is the same as sticking your foot completly down standard!

p.s some big truck things including cayenne s and range rover sport tryed to intimidate my small car,

This definately isn't true for Revo, it just feels that way and you've got the ECU adaptation to deal with as well which is why it feels slower. It's been discussed to death, so do a little search for it.

eeeeeeeer, no, i dont need to mate, i wasnt interested, i was passing on a comment that "ALOT" of people have said to me thinking it might help make his decision easier, if i was going to get revo i would get the stage 2,but im very happy with my APR stage 2 setup :p
