Alex I like the idea of the brace ontop of the rear wheel housing. Did you have to weld a plate and then mount the brace ontop?

Couple of pics from tonight. Almost all ready now. Drove it round the industrial estate to make sure all was fine and so far it is. Will get some nice pics when the sun comes out on monday. Too dark at the moment.

I will answer the few question tomorrow morning. Gotta get home!

How does your 80mm throttle body feel to drive.
Are you Revo Stage 3 or a full custom remap.

Cheers . Its running the stage 3 file that was done on my car last year just to run it in. Then it will be having a new file made by Revo as its running rs4 maf, 3bar map sensor etc. Planning to map it at the end of the month. The tb feels really good. Very controllable, but then its only at actuator pressure for the running in.

Ta Rob, im sure we could do the pipes separately. I dont know if it would fit your current turbo as i make them for the garretts on our manifold.

Is the downpipe zirotech coated? And have the D/P's been jigged so are availible to buy?as mine was custom made, but not full 3" at the top half of it.

Ta Scott. It was coated in white first then metallic black on top from zircotech. I wanted something different to the usual white. DP is not jigged yet. I should have made one, but didnt get the time. Got an Ibiza comming in soon so i will do one on that. I painted all the bits in the bay with Hi temp paint with hi temp laquer fo a glossy finish. Should last ok i hope. The heat had made it much shinier too!

Running in is all done now. Drives really well and no issues with the 80mm tb so far. Exhaust sound really nice, not load when just cruising, but tells you its there when you boot it. Now running 3 degs camber at the front with extra caster. Handles superb, but i think i can get better with a few more tweeks on the coilovers. Im still waiting for the carbon trim pannel to then fit the gauges, but ive temp fitted them in the old pannel for now. Got a spare headlight at work to cut up and use as a direct air feed

I will get some more pics of the inside in a bit.

I need someone to test something for me. My sec water pump doesnt work, well the pump does when 12volts is supplied straight from the battery, but no voltage from the fan control unit. There is voltage coming from the control unit, but as soon as the plug it fitted it dies to 0volts. Earths are fine and there are no breaks in the wires. Im thinking that its because im not running the ac control pannel in the dash and no stereo either. Can someone unplug their pannel and stereo and see if the pump still works or not. Pref someone with ac removed.
