induction kit

after finaly sorting my strut bar out of the rubbing noise i thouhgt that was end of the problems. then while filling washer water up i notice some dust on the bar. to my horror i look and its nearly pt a hole thro my K&N apolo induction kit. gutted. now im debating weather to take the thing off and go back to normal air box and buy a green filter. maybe an dumpvalve. however i love the whoosh i get with my induction kit. im in two minds weather to change back or not any advice would be great.

Got any pics? I would have thought the intake was OK under the strut brace! Maybe take the strut brace off, sell it on here and get a rear ARB from Whiteline! I have heard this will make more of a difference to the handling of the Ibiza anyway...
