Infotainment Loading User Profile

Hi all!

My Leon has currently been stuck in loading user profile for around 4 days now!
I have tried resets by holding down off button and even when leaving car overnight still same issue.

Any ideas? Has anyone come across the same thing?

Car is early build and stuck on 16XX version.

No a update on the online services control units there is a bulletin for this stuck on the loading user screen
