Inner Metal Door Skin - Help removing needed

I need to get access to the back of my door locking mechanism as a plate has fallen out which lets my barrel slide in and out, i need to get the plate back in place.

How the hell do you take the metal door skin off as it seems the window runners are attached?
If you have pics it would be very helpful

arggh could have really done with that last weekend, me and my brother in law had a right pig figuring it out from the useless haynes, got there in the end and learnt a lot though.
