Cheers Mark. That's the second offer on the wheels! - Very easy to clean as I found out today! There is some kerbing, but they're not too bad. Will get pics when I'm ready to change them!

seatbelts are fine mate, the interior and mileage is exactly the same as mine, 99 16v cordy., going to try and steam clean my belts as they are a little mucky looking now after constant use.

ive got one of those "as seen on tv" jobbies, basically steam across them and use a clean cloth to wipe down, might take a while but its better than having bergundy belts!!

The only other SX TDI I remember seeing is when I had my first Beezer Diesel way back when and the mk2 was still a current model, didn't realise they had the 16v interior in them as the Beezers had pretty boring interiors on the TDIs apart from the run out 's' models, and then again until the mk3 Sport TDI.
Does the SX have aircon then? Once saw a silver 4 door Cordoba SXE with aircon in a car supermarket but that just had a boring interior like my old mk2 Beezer TDI.
There's a Bengal mk2 GTI 8V around the corner from me with 17s on and it looks superb too.

Andy,

Have you seen the 2.0 16V WRC Cordy near Teignmouth, that's currently for sale on Ebay ?!? ;) Nice looking motor ;)

Not seen that one (not a fan of bodykits), think I've seen it about though.

looks like a nice tidy motor, and polishes up well :)

cant help but wonder though why u would want to go from the nice 130 PD engine nearly new beezer to a older motor and car?

Well, before Sooty I I was looking for one of these, and tbh, it's better built, more comfortable, got a bigger boot and nowadays more individual. Plus I prefer this older shade of yellow. Buying this will leave me with a heap of cash for modding and other stuff (Apple G5 on it's way... ;) ) as I was budgeing for a 15K car.

TBH I was struggling to find a car that I truelly wanted, whereas this came up, and tugged on my heart-strings

the car looks odd going by the photos supplied on ebay, the stickers are for the later ibiza cupra 20vt's not the sx coupe. calling it a wrc is totally wrong seeing as all hes done is add a spoiler and colour code the front splitter. nerdy rant over!!

Nice car, never seen another one like it. MK2 Ibiza TDI's are thin on the ground, but Cordoba TDI's with decent spec must be almost non existant.

Has the previous owner changed the badging? I thought SX's had 'SX' on the front grille. It's badged up the same as my MK2 GT TDI (110) is with a red 'I' - check the build sticker in the boot, mine has GT TDI as the model designation. On the Continent this spec of Cordoba is classed as GT TDI, available in 90 and 110 forms.

Good to see I'm not the only one with 'The Metro Touch' red seat belts!

20VT 16" wheels (5 spokes) would look good....

The badges are standard, but will be coming off when I get round to it ;)

Everyone can tell it's a TDI with all the cr@p coming out the back of it!

Wheels: m0rk suggested the same.. I think someone on here had some for sale.. I will be deciding on wheels later this week!
