undo all the bolts and then dip in petrol. add matches and sit back!

you may need spring clamps for the spings(of course). take wheels off and drop lower hub off suspension and proceed with undoing everything.
then reverse.

its the best i could manage from on top of my head

You will need spring clamps...and offset ring spanner for the top mounts

if your compleatly unsure though id advise you dont attempt to take apart the strut assembely as you could damage yourself if you dont secure the spring correct etc...

Just a quick right up for you. i may do a proper guide with pictures if enough people want it when i finish mine off..

The rears are easy...

remove rear wheel undo bolt securing strut at bottom behind break disc, undo bolts securing strut from inside the boot Under the plastic domes by the rear speakers.
I found it easyer to loosen the bottom bolt then undo the ones inside the boot 1st because then you can guide the strut out once its loose.

The fronts...

Remove front wheel, there are two bolts holding the bottom of the strut undo them, undo the three bolts from engine bay the strut is also secured by the plastic dome under there which have clips on them which i found are quite hard to get off dont forget to unclip the wires etc from the strut assembely...Again i undone the tops before the bottoms mainly because there is wires and cables that i didnt want the strut falling on once loose..
