issues with my K1

i bought my K1 4 months ago, but since ive had it ive had a couple of drama's, and was wondering if anyone has the same problems:

1st is - When getting in and out of the vehicle whilst handbrake on a squeeling from the rear wheel, drivers side! any clues?

2nd - tire pressure sensor, although ive checked the pressures, i cant seem to get the system to reset.

can anyone advise on the above

To reset the tyre pressure sensor, you press and hold the button next to the ESP button near the handbrake until it beeps.

sounds like suspension creak, not something I would worry about.

sounds likehandbrake squek to me, does it make the same noise when you drive with the handbrake on? How tight do you do it?

I get a slight squeak, just from movement of the rear brakes, never do it up that tightly.
