Nice enough noise, but it seems alot slower bottom end . . . Not cool!

Mine seems terrible now, maybe because of the cold air feed, might try repositioning it a touch at the weekend and then get a cold air feed sorted out!

Most likely the cold air feed mate. How have you done this? Take it you have taken the original feed out and put a different one in? Make sure you make it as closed as possible so that you are not losing valuable air all over the place

Dont forget you have an adaptive ECU. You'll be taking in more air so it might take a few days for the ECU to sort out the fueling, give it a week or so.

try a ecu reset, clear the adaptions stored to cope with the extra airflow taken....

foam filter - bad idea

they dont stop dust without coatings.. and with coatings applied the maf sucks it out again unless its the sticky polymer type.
