juddering at 1800rpm??

i have a 2007 fr tdi130, i know its a common fault!! does any1 get juddering wen slowly accelerating at about 1800rpm??

it's common mate...SEAT UK have noted it and is due to a problem in the EGR valve (if proven you can get this replaced under warranty), but give it a bit more gas and you'll hardly experience it again

mines out of manufacturers warranty but happens alot when driving at constant speed, only in 2nd & 3rd at just under 2krpm

can I just leave it or will it cause damage?

won't cause damage...there's a thread here that shows ways of cleaning the EGR

i think this is what is wrong with mine (thread a bit further down) but mine happens at 1250-1500 revs in 5th.

Probably doesn't do your engine any good changing into 5th that low down the rev's. Cars probably just struggling to get any go until your abit higher up the revs thus lack of power. If you've got a tdi that is?!
