some mornings, my cars juddery first thing in the morning, then after two mins ok, but you can be in 3rd accelerating slowly and will shudder a bit.

few months ago i had a fault check and it had a dump valve and maf sensor fault. ive had a new baily dump valve fitted, so would it be the maf sensor?

thanks

i noticed this on mine an it gradually got worse untill a coil pack failed since changing it it has been fine so maybe you got one on the way out.

mine did this untill the other day , i found a bit of water in the exhaust, and also noticed a slight misfire on start up, then looked at the rear of the engine to find what looked like water marks down the engine. so all i could think was the head gasket on the way out causing this. so have changed it with no probs now, was probably also down on power

If you you put your foot down a bit when engine cold it can 'kangaroo' on you, i think its just one of those 'cupra' things

If its just a bit of stutter when its cold, dont worry about it. I get this too. I wait until water gets to right temp before ever going above 3000 revs and its fine after that.

If somebody can prove me wrong, please do as i'd hate to think i'm unaware of a problem
