currently in the process of fitting my k03s and a few other bits, tonight i've removed the k03 and found it's starting to go the same way as the old one did!!
anybody have any idea what could be causing this as it's only done about 4k since i changed it and i certainly don't want to be getting the s rebuilt in a few thousand miles
What boost were you running the ko3 at ? They don't really like more than 15psi for any length of time. The ko3s at 20psi is pretty much its limit even thats pushing it.
If it were running too hot, the turbine blade tips might melt. As your prob seems to be compressor side I would indeed suspect a foreign body entering the inlet.
