Those logs look ok. There is no reason that your requested should have changed. Do you have any old logs of requested and actual rom before you had the ko3s fitted? There will be hardly any difference between a k03 and k03s map. Looks like your current one just doesnt request much and probably never has.

Will have my New jabbasport Ecu here 2morro...Its mapped for a k03s which was martin M old Ecu...

It made 227bhp without a big manifold and 3'' downpipe and de-cat which mine has...
The map i had before was very mild map as it didnt have that aggressive kick to it..
On my k03 my gauge would hit 20psi then instantly hit 10-11psi at about 3.5rpms..it was nippy but never had that kick to it..

So hopefully this new map will sort the problem,,,And once its on What Logs Should i do and what logs should i do together..

Edit:

Just found a old log and Dpj worked it out and it spike to 19 then to 10psi....so yeah my map wasnt requesting much...But went well on my k03 turbo tho..

Right UPDATE...

Fitted the 4bar and jabba map 2night and it goes like ****!!! but when i boot it in 1st it hits 10psi But it really quick...So am Guessing ive got a boost leak somewere as am Loosing 10psi lol As this map is Martin M old Ecu which hit 21psi and Held at 14-15psi....

I have a ATP with a 50mm 90degree bend goin on to the Turbo..But the k03s Housing is 45mm but its on really tight but i cant see obvisously if theres any gaps...
If that was Loose and Sucking in Un-meter air would that make me Loost 10psi..?

Am running out of ideas?

I'm not sure but i'd say if it was running lean then the ecu will pull everything back to protect the engine i would have thought. So less boost.

Lol it wouldnt Let me do logs as it kept goin in to limp mode...

Curzons gonna post up in a min...But my map is requesting high boost but it just cant meet it....It weird...

It gives boost untill it starts to hold it then i get this code..Which we cleared and keeps coming back...

17964/P1556 - Charge Pressure Control: Negative Deviation

Possible Symptoms

Reduced power output
Limp mode
Possible Causes
Boost Pressure too Low
Hoses/Pipes incorrect connected, disconnected or leaking
Charger Pressure Control defective
VNT (variable nozzle turbo): nozzles stuck
Solenoid Valve for Boost Pressure Control (N75) defective

Possible Solutions

Check Hoses/Pipes to/between Components
Check Solenoid Valve for Boost Pressure Control (N75)
Check / Clean / Replace Charge Pressure Control
Check / Clean mechanism for variable nozzles

The logs are virtually useless as it kept going into limp mode, so it doesn't show anything.
When we tried doing the logs if Danny tried to build up the boost in 3rd or 4th from 2,00rpm it went straight into limp mode, with the code Danny's posted up.
Although if he put his foot down through 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th it didn't go in limp mode

Do you have a 118?

I bet you got a massive boost leak which causes negative deviation.

Or it could be there isnr enough pre load on the actuator to build boost to match the requested low down the rev range. Like at WOT at 2k your map might be asking for 1.2bar and your turbo needs to spool to get to that, the longer it takes to hit requested the more of a chance it is that you'll hit limp mode.

These are the logs i have though, but there pretty much useless but have a look

Do you think the actuator has been wound in, so the map is asking for more boost than the actuator is allowing so its cutting it out into limp mode?

Did before he changed the map, made no difference

That means nothing. Old map was requesting a smaller amount of boost. Push things further as you have done with a map requesting more boost and its more likely to show weakness or fail. Try swapping it again.

I have said before you have a leak somewhere but you seem sure nothing is leaking. I would be going over everything again.

Count your actuator threads but from what I remember somebody wound theres right shut on a k03 based turbo and didnt get limp mode although it would depend on the parameters of the map and the spring in it.
