k1 front bumper grills? changing front bumper?

K1 front bumper came today! How hard is it to change the front bumper?

And is there anywhere you can get the front side grills for the sides of the bumper from other than the stealers? (the side shark gill grills) for the k1 bumper.

I would run a search mate, this exact question was asked the other week and there is a thread kicking about that has instructions on how to remove the bumper.
As for the grills I would just go to the dealer (or someone like Dave at Seres or other forum sponsors here)
