Kei Racing Force 10 will they fit my car

hi all. im in love with a set of alloys, they are Kei Racing Force 10. i have a lcr a wanted to no if they will fit, as the shop where i want to buy them say the wont fit due to the brembos. i was ok with this until i saw this pic

now can any one tell me how this guy managed to fit these alloys?
i want them so bad

i take it these will fit straight on.

Thery look like they have spacers on them, they are sitting out a bit.

I have them, you will need 20mm hubcentric spacers on the front. I spaced out the rear also with 20mm.

i take it these will fit straight on.

they wont fit without pcd adaptors, they are mk5 fitment 5x112 et 45 so 5x112 to 5x100 pcd adaptor 10mm thick then they would fit

so will i need a 15mm spacer to make these fit?
