knocking noise!

just put my coilovers on my cupra lowered bout 50mm ever since keep getting a knocking noise on the front drivers side gets worse when on rough roads:confused:
 
May sound stupid matey, i have heard this before, but have you checked that all the wheel nuts are tightended??
